From proof-of-concept to real ecosystem.
The proof-of-concept was tested in the lab and through Horizon 2020 project experiments — including SmartMozionAge, iTwinBuild, BRAINE, and WELLBASED — and continues to advance through new international projects raising its technology readiness level. The result is a meaningful step toward the Healthcare Internet of Things (H-IoT) and a new generation of healthcare ecosystem services.
Our Horizon Europe EIC Accelerator proposal was awarded the Seal of Excellence as a COVID-19 Response by the European Commission in 2020, scored among roughly 4,000 applications in a highly competitive evaluation and recommended for investment funding.

The demand led to significant surge in the population perception of digital solutions for health monitoring, health bracelets and apps, telemedicine, telecare, telehealth, Ambient Assisted Living (AAL), etc.
However, most of them still lack of capacity for:

Intelligent Personal Virtual Health Assistant for health and wellbeing monitoring
Our company implements radically new concept: To provide each individual with a personal intimate AI-driven Digital Health Assistant that
- Communicates with its host person and his/her caregivers over mobiles in natural language using conversational AI and provides multimodal analytics when necessary;
- Helps to set and keep planned daily schedule (medications, procedures, visits, etc.)
- Continuously measures and calculates various biomarkers (vital signs, activities; metabolism, BMI, etc.), psychological/emotional metrics, home living conditions (air quality, safety) and indicators of wellbeing that represent human health in every possible detail at current level of medical and wellbeing knowledge;
- Analyses health & wellbeing status in real time and provides predictions of change;
- Interprets the results and provides the host person and his/her authorized associates with recommendations, reminders and prescriptive analytics regarding best possible actions aimed at keeping health and wellbeing homeostasis;
- Helps to set remote access to in depth evidence based personal health analytics;

In our implementation architecture such Personal Digital Twin application runs as a Personal Virtual health Assistant at AI-, Big Data- and IoT- driven platform PharosN in cloud and works as personal Virtual Nurse at home and outdoors. It uses basic medical knowledgebase, has embedded intelligence and ability to speak like a human, reminding, recommending in time and asking about health and well being status as well as provide evidence data, charts, tables and other analytics.
It, however, fundamentally differs from humans in its ability to continuously collect and automatically analyse many diverse biomarkers and other data about psychological, emotional, mental, pains of its host person, living conditions, air quality and activity. Having such knowledge, the Personal Virtual Assistant informs its host and authorized caregivers about the actual or predictable critical health and safety situations, and provides the relevant recommendations in the intelligent conversational interactions and analytics that are similar to interactions with a real human healthcare professional.

The proof-of-concept prototype of such solution was tested in the lab and Horizon 2020 project experiment SmartMozionAge, iTwinBuild, BRAINE, WELLBASED and is further introduced into new international projects to increase its technology readiness level (TRL)..
